We build and complete a house up to the construction phase IV in only 120 days, to partial turnkey in 135 days and to turnkey in 180 days.

The use of Rihter construction systems in the house’s envelope leads to excellent thermal insulation and, consequently, to minimum costs for heating and cooling of the house.

We use high quality natural and environmentally friendly materials for the construction, ensuring an excellent microclimate, and pleasant and healthy living as well as comfort.

“OUR HOUSE” is a house built for multiple generations. All Rihter houses have a 3-year warranty on the installations and 35-year warranty on construction.

The final price is set upon the signing of the contract so that subsequent misunderstandings regarding surcharges and unplanned costs can be avoided.
