All Rihter houses have a 35-year warranty on the construction and 3-year warranty on installations.
We prepare a special offer for each project, which specifies the work before the contract is signed, so you can clearly see what is included in the price. Due to the transparency of our offer and the option of choosing the value of individual materials, there are usually no surcharges.
Exceptions are cases where at the customer’s request we perform additional work or work with more expensive materials – for which we prepare a separate offer in advance.
A turnkey house includes everything, except furnishing, lighting, external ducts, etc. Concrete works can be included in the turnkey implementation or you can do this part yourself, with the help of your own contractor.
For the majority of clients, we acquire all required documentation for the start of the construction as well as documentation for the implementation, which is defined in the offer or contract.
Wall, ceiling and roof elements are assembled in the first two or three days. We finish building a house up to the construction phase IV in two to three months and a turnkey house in six months from the start of the assembly.
The individual prefabricated elements (walls, ceilings, roofing) are manufactured on the production line and then loaded onto a truck or towing truck, depending on the size of the house and access.
The largest length of a wall that we can load is 12.5 meters.
